Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 10–25 business days of purchase, including processing time. Oversized items shipped by sea freight can take longer. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it door to door.

Products

Will the light work with my country's voltage?

Yes — most of our lighting is available in both 110–120V (US/Canada) and 220–240V (UK/Australia/New Zealand) versions. Select your voltage when choosing a variant, and check the product page if you're unsure.

What's the difference between warm light and white light?

Warm light (3000K) gives a soft, cosy glow suited to living rooms and bedrooms. Neutral (4000K) and white light (5000K) are brighter and crisper, better for kitchens, bathrooms and workspaces. Many of our fittings offer a choice, and some can switch between all three.

Do fittings need an electrician?

Hardwired ceiling and wall lights must be installed by a licensed electrician. In Australia and most other countries, fixed electrical work is legally restricted to licensed tradespeople. Plug-in lamps and floor lamps work straight out of the box.
